Children hold a very special place in Yamini's heart. Photographing children has become her favorite activity. For this reason, she has acquired an extensive vintage and fantasy wardrobe, including hats and shoes for children ranging in age from 4 months to 12 years. Her studio is also full of children's props and furniture which offer an endless variety of creative possibilities. She is best known for her black and white handcolored vintage portraits. Children love having their picture taken by Yamini....because it's a safe, fun, warm and comfortable environment.
